OUR ACCOMMODATION & RATES

Conditions:

City Tax: City Tax of 4.30€/night per room is not included on rates.
VAT: All rates have a VAT of 6% included.
Rates per night: Rates per night are based on single occupancy. For each additional person there is a charge of 30€/night.
Additional bed: If an additional bed is required, please let us know when you book your room (maximum additional persons: 2 per suite).
Additional baby cot: A baby cot has an additional cost of 20€/night (maximum 2 baby cots per suite).
Children: Up to 2 years old, children can stay free of charge by sharing the existing double bed in the room (max. 2 children per room). Children over 2 years old pay a supplement of €30/night (extra bed included).
Parking space: A parking space has a cost of 20€/day and must be reserved in advance.
Rates per month: Rates per month include all taxes and services: heating , water and electricity charges, internet and TV connections, and 1 cleaning service per week with replacement of sheets and towels.

Special Conditions for group reservations:

Cancellation:
• 3-4 Rooms
– Up to 5 days before the arrival date: without penalty
– From 3 to 4 days before the arrival date: 50% penalty
– From 0 to 2 days before the arrival date: 100% penalty
• 5-8 Rooms
– Up to 15 days before the arrival date: without penalty
– From 8 to 14 days before the arrival date: 50% penalty
– From 0 to 7 days before the arrival date: 100% penalty
• 9-12 Rooms
– Up to 21 days before the arrival date: without penalty
– From 14 to 20 days before the arrival date: 50% penalty
– From 0 to 13 days before the arrival date: 100% penalty

No-show: 100% penalty
